We stayed at this property last year and enjoyed it that’s why we decided to return this year again. Unfortunately the quality of resort significantly decreased and we won’t be back again - poor food quality , rude staff ( one barmen was always under intoxicated and wanted to fight guests, throwing bottles and forks), cups and silverware was nowhere to be found ( I personally witnessed people poring tea and coffee in soup mugs). These are just few things to mention The only good thing I can say is a wonderful, beautiful beach with very clean water Like I stated - we won’t be back again

Nice place, staff always friendly. They don't have cardboard lunch boxes:(( when you are going to take an excursion on early morning around 3am, you need to prepare lunch box by yourself, they don't have prepaired lunch boxes even if you asked about it on day before. For early morning breakfast there are bread, sausage, cucumbers and tomatoes available. You can try hamam for fixed price. Sometimes they don't have enought of beach towels. They can refuse to give you one when you are already prepared and sitting in the sauna. Which is weird.. When you go to on beach you need to exchange your card on beach towel. You need always remember there is your card. No card no towel...hmmm

I stayed only for 2 days but the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, very good customer service. The food was ok and the other hotel staff was friendly but not many of them spoke English. Overall I had a good 2 days and will defo take be returning

1/2 star - old building and small rooms

No star hotel with old structure in building. Seems building is not renovated for many years. Matress was not good to sleep in Aircondition was old and produced some kind of gases which made it difficult to stay in room. Room is not suitable for more 2 people. It was mentioned that 4 people can sleep but sofa bed and 2nd bed in 2nd room were uncomfortable. There is no fan or cooling system in 2nd room. Rooms are small. Pics on hotels.com are not real so be careful while choosing this hotel. Experience was very bad for than what we expected after seeing the pics on hotels.com

Biz bu Otelde Misafir olarak konaklayan bir çift olarak hiç memnun kalmadık. Misafir olarak kendimizi hiç bir an bile rahat hissetmedik, Otel personeli ilk odak noktası Rus Müşterileri memnun bırakmak olduğunu gördük ! Yerli müşteriye hiç yokmuş gibi davranılıyor, zaten bütün Otelde Türkçe konuşan üç dört kişi var, gerisi zar zor Türkçe konuşuyor! Servise gelirsek restoranda kimse ilgilendiğini denilemez, Garsonlar işini nefret ile yaptığını gözlerinden görünüyordu. Temizlik işçilerinden hariç herkes kibarlıktan uzak, ne bir günaydın, ne bir iyi akşamlar ve bir Güler yüz bulabilmek için zamanım yetmedi maalesef ! Resepsiyonda konuşulan dil ve asılmış olan bildiler fazlasıyla Rusça!!!!!!!! Bu Ötele nasıl dört yıldız verilmiş hayret edilecek bir durum! Benim ilk ve son konaklamam oldu bu Otelde, bir daha asla !!!!!!

Denizi çok güzel.... Ama

Aile olarak durum şudur.Deniz süper havuz iyi animasyon güzel.odalar vasat. Sivrisineklere dikkat. Yemekler orta ama karın doyuruyor. Plaj dar havluları erkenden şezlonglara atmak gerekiyor. Atıştırmalıklar çok,sıkıntı olmuyor.Guzeldi.

Nice hotel near Konakli and loads of shops.

Has a nice beach front and sea view room. Was very lovely enjoyed both pools, the slides and the inflatables. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Funda you were great thanks for taking care of us !
