EASTYARD Khobar the worst hotel

This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. It actually used to be called the Ramada by Wyndham hotel and was really good, but it looks like it has recently been completely changed to EASTYARD Khobar hotel. When I got to the reception I was greeted by a rude receptionist who was the only member of staff that couldn’t speak English and had customers translate to me that he could not find my booking on his system, even though I showed him my confirmation number, receipt and bank payment from my account. I had to wait in the reception for hours and he gave me a buisness card with number to call after he said he couldn’t do anything. I called the number and the person said they’d check on their laptop and ended up finding my booking. I have never experienced this in my life and I stay in many hotels. I hardly write reviews but I am writing one so no has to go through the same terrible experience.
