"We stayed in the South building. The staff are incredible. Attentive and professional. Food and service was outstanding. Room was small but comfortable. So good having ski in ski out. Godala at the door and we were lucky it snowed and we had good skiing in mid Dec. Only thing I would have changed was to book the 3 bed room for a bit more space and views over the ski field. Bus from Nagano Station was easy to catch with luggage."

"Very clean rooms and hotel, reality matched the online photos and staff were very helpful. Shocked to find the surrounding community has totally shut down, so staying on the mountainside at the hotel is isolated, albeit beautiful."

"Perfect Japanese style room. Definitely recommend for holiday at nearby resorts. But not for anything romantic as it’s a family oriented place. note bathroom and showers are shared and from 5-9pm only. Good for a group or a couple on a quick holiday."
