"This house is rented through Novasol. Novasol customer support has no telephone number and is only available from 9.00-17.30 through online chat. Prior to our arrival they couldn't provide us with basic information, such as the sizes of the beds (handy to know since we had to bring our own). They absolutely did not pass our question on to the real owners of the accomodation. Also there was no phone number provided of the actual owners. "Nach Ankommen konnten wir nicht mal Duschen....es hab keine Handtücher und die Läden hatten zu. Am nächsten Tag müssten wir Handtücher für die ganze Familie kaufen 5000 NOK....was von Spaß! Dazu waren die Decke ohne Bezug, nur die Kissen waren bezogen, voll unangenehm. Doe Tür von einem Zimmer ist auf Kopf vom meinem Sohn gefallen. Da muss jemand echt investieren......"

"`We had a pleasant stay in this nice big timberlog on top of the hill. It is in a park on a hill with other houses. The cabins are widely seperated from each other, the other people living there are well out of sight. We had good contact with the owner and every question was answered promptly. The house was well supplied with all modern equipment and with 4 bedrooms everyone had their own room. You have to drive a long dirt road to the park with steep roads, so a good car is a must."

"Die Anleitung zur Nutzung der Biotoilette gab es leider nur auf norwegisch. Dank der Google Übersetzer App, klappte es aber. Das warme Wasser war den ersten Tag gelb, bis der Boiler einmal komplett geleert war, da Wasser und Strom im Preis enthalten sind, war das kein weiteres Problem. Der Weg zum Haus vom Parkplatz aus ist steil und bei regen sehr rutschig, dafür genießt man oben die Aussicht."
