Bon accueil.. Chambre agréable, lavabo dans la chambre un peu gênant, on entend les voisins ennuyeux.. Dans l'ensemble c'était bien.

Hôtel bien situé et propre mais la personne qui nous a accueillis n'étais vraiment pas agréable et il a eu un ton vraiment pas appréciable.La chambre étais vraiment petite Il n'y avais pas de frigo dans la chambre et contrairement à ce que l'hôtel a dis que les frigos n'étais que dans les hôtel 4 étoiles c'est faux j'ai fais beaucoup d'hôtel en France et à l'étranger et c'était bien souvent des 3 étoiles et tous avais des frigos.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

En général c'était très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé, propre, confortable, avec le personnel amiable et courtoise. L'isolement sonore n'est pas excellent (si le voisin claque la porte, tout l'hôtel est réveillé !). La taille des chambres ne me dérange pas - pour ce prix et pour cette localisation, c'est juste. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Great location. Building definitely could use updates though- old everything. Bed and pillows we’re comfortable. Bathroom door was a plastic accordion type door that had broken and off the track and wouldn’t close all the way. Very tiny shower stall with low water pressure. Very small room, but we were there only one night and don’t need much room. No hair dryer, so bring your own.

L'emplacement est bon, le reste décevant. Le digicode ne marchait pas, les informations de la réception n'étaient pas correct, les plafonds dans le cage d'escalier trop bas, la chambre au quatrième étage sans ascenseur, moisie dans la douche minuscule. Le pire des hôtels à Aix-en-Provence.

Climbing 4 floors on narrow winding staircase is a challenge even with light luggage. Hope for a low floor. Keypad entry system does not always work as it s should. Room is small but ok and location is good just 4 min walk to main areas.

Un hôtel idéalement situé malgré qu'il n'y est pas de parking à côté. Concernant l'accueil, très bon accueil avec un monsieur très gentil. Pour la chambre 3 ème étage sans ascenseur, chambres collées les unes aux autres avec aucune insonorisation. On entend le voisin se moucher. Ensuite la chambre est petite, pas très jolie, des toilettes où la lunette ne tient pas seule en l'air, une douche toute petite. Après pour le budget avec cette situation c'est pas trop mal mais je recommande un ibis budget qui est plus confortable.

This is a value for money budget hotel. If you are just looking for somewhere central to get your head down with clean bedding and shower etc then this is it! Staff very friendly and despite being close to the busy Aix ring road there is surprisingly little noise in the room, the windows have triple glazing I think. Very short walk to centre of of Historic Aix and shopping. I will stay again.

Very small but good!

The hotel staff and friendly! However it is quite small! Very clean though and the breakfast was good. Area is good (however wouldn’t want to be wondering around in the dark alone!) and about a 10-15 min walk to the main shopping centre and airport bus stop!

Très mauvais accueil !

Lors de mon arrivée à l'hôtel, la personne de l'accueil m'explique que ma réservation hotels.com n'a jamais été confirmée de leur part. Qu'elle n'a pas été prise en compte car il venait seulement de la voir. Le monsieur me reproche également de ne pas avoir répondu au téléphone alors qu'il essayait de me joindre. Je précise que j'avais effectué ma réservation au moins une semaine avant mon séjour et que je suis arrivée à l'hôtel dans les heures prévues pour le check-in. Cette personne s'est montré désagréable alors que le problème venait clairement de leur part... Et qu'il n'y avait pas de problème en soi car une chambre était disponible ! Rien à reprocher au quartier, la chambre n'a rien d'extraordinaire mais elle fait l'affaire pour une nuit. J'ai laissé un premier avis concernant le mauvais accueil sans détailler... Le gérant m'a répondu que j'étais antipathique et qu'il ne m'accepterait plus dans son établissement. J'en suis ravie. Je ne vois pas ce qui peut donner envie de séjourner là-bas. Sauf si on apprécie les sueurs froides à s'imaginer sans hôtel un samedi soir à 20h !
