Studio on first floor 3 steps from sand have 2 queen beds coffee table small kitchen and bath have window but no view beach have small balcony halway view enjoy a beautifull spot beach front on a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to bars,restaurants and cafés studio is 8 or 10 minutes from bqn airport .Beach is very private nice view to desecheo island ,beautifull sunsets and good people around free parking on street

The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent—Crash Boat Beach is only a short drive away, and there is a convenience store directly across the street. There are also many restaurants nearby, and Eric’s Bakery offers delicious and affordable breakfast sandwiches. I especially appreciated the guest diary, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the stay. I also enjoyed seeing the friendly neighborhood puppies and beachside cats. Overall, I felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Small but cute studio, just what we needed. Sadly the room was not cleaned from the previous guests but a staff member cleaned it promptly. Love the area.

You are literally steps from the beach. Great location to walk to restaurants and bars. Parking is on the street but you can find parking.

Almost a great little place with everything you need.

Just what I was looking for. Restaurants close by were great! Good views too. My only complaint was that the matresses were horrible. The metal springs with little padding was torture all night long. Besides that, it was perfect foe my son and I.

Short trip to everything

Hard to find but studio is neat and steps from the beach. Traffic gets noisy on occasion but you are conveniently located to everything. We had a bit of a mixup during checkin but Debbie the property manager went above and beyond to make it right! Cool little place in a cool little town.

The place was just perfect .The pictures don’t give it justice. I don’t think you could get closer to the beach the sand is right out your door, The sunsets were so pretty. I will definitely be back . You can’t go wrong here . Parking was tricked but doable .. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks

The place is amazing. 21 steps to the sand. Awesome. Loves everything about this place. Highly recommended. The beds were confortable. The kitchen is equipped. Theres is a grill right outside the door to cook dinner. The shower pressure and temp are perfect. The beach os beautiful. The night scene is really happening.

Trapped in Paradise

Great location, close to restaurants and EXCELLENT beach access. We had a bit of a hard time finding the studio, because our GPS was sending us to an abandoned building. Thankfully with eyes peeled we found this treasure! We had a wonderful time exploring the area, enjoying the beach, and filling our bellies at the great local restaurants. Our favorite brunch spot was Lucas and Ella, which is within walking distance from the studio. If you love dogs, you'll love this restaurant. Thank you Debbie for sharing your place with us!!

Quaint Little Town!

We loved our stay in Aquadilla. Beaches were beautiful! Food was amazing. Snorkeled at Crash Boat Beach and enjoyed hiking around several beaches. Boriquen was super beautiful too :)

Room was clean, no directions how to use tv and remotes, or anything else, like a humidity machine too much noise, didn't say if we can turn it off. Directions for getting there was terrible text owner or person in charge numerous times no help took us two hours with help from other tennants. The location was a waste land and dump. Never at that place again. Been to other vrbo that were great not this place.
