"Absolutely lovely and comfortable home just out of town. A 200 year old villa fully restored on property that includes gardens. The owner was very gracious and efficient and the breakfast was amazing. It takes about 7 minutes to go to the town center in car. Note that the road to town and to the house are tight so go slow and drive carefully."

"We spent a wonderful week this March at Podere dell’Etna Segreta, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Even with a touch of winter still in the landscape, the beauty and tranquillity of the estate are felt the moment you pass through the gate and approach the main house. Above the estate, Etna in Bianco dominates the sky, while the view from the villa’s terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the landscape below. The chef’s creations are exceptional, making every meal a memorable experience, with new dishes already being meticulously planned for the summer season. All of this gives us the perfect reason to return in summer—to see the podere in a completely different light: vineyards heavy with grapes awaiting the right moment for the vendemmia, olive trees full of fruit, and the joy of dining al fresco on the beautiful terrace whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings. "This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!"
