"AMAZING breakfast! Excellent location and a very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. The room was spotless and extremely well maintained. The only downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three machines, and unfortunately they were always in use. We tried morning, afternoon, and night without success, so we had to wait until our next stay to do laundry. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."

"I had a good experience as always. Very convenient location in Shinjuku since it's right next to the subway station which serves Fukutoshjn and Oedo line. This is the only hotel I stay at in Tokyo. I highly recommend."
