"This is our seventh year back at this hotel. The hotel has changed ownership, and some changes have taken place. Unfortunately, not for the better. First, parking is now a paid service. 20 euros per day is a significant increase in the cost of a vacation, especially if you're staying for a week or more. This came as a surprise to us, and after negotiating with the hotel management, we waived the parking fee this time, for which we are very grateful. The hotel's highlight was the wonderful à la carte dinners accompanied by live music. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Over the course of eight days, there was live music only one evening. There is a standard buffet, which didn't always suit our tastes. Upon check-in, we were offered the option of canceling dinner for a 10 euro per person refund. We gladly took advantage of this offer twice, but upon check-out, we were denied a refund of this small amount (40 euros for two dinners), explaining that we hadn't booked the hotel through the website. In response to our justifiable indignation, we were told that the promise made to us was the fault of a recently hired girl. I don't understand why we should pay for the hotel's mistake. Nevertheless, it's a fact. I don't know if we'll return to this hotel, but maybe we'll try it again, since the sea, breakfast, and rooms are all fine. Perhaps the new management will learn to value repeat customers."
