I love everything about this Hotel. The service is excellent, the food is outstanding, the bathrooms are huge and ultra clean, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure is unbelievable and there is even leadlight windows in the rooms. Not to mention the free minibar. I highly recommend this beautiful old pub!

The Franklin hotel is such a great spot. Close to cafes, restaurants and the Adelaide markets. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I particularly like the artwork and quirkiness of this boutique hotel.

This place is just fabulous! The little touches where lovely, the cleanliness was superb and the bed was super comfortable! Shower pressure was heavenly and the meals downstairs where tasty, affordable meals. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Will definitely be back!

Room 1 was really comfortable and spacious for a four-night stay. Had everything we needed, loved the bath and stocked mini-bar! Close walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Great coffee at Elementary around the corner and the central market is just a block away. Staff were so lovely checking us in and answering any questions. Highly recommend!
