5th or 6th stay - I've lost count. The staff as ever courteous, friendly and helpful. The room spotless every day. Excellent size pool, plenty of loungers (no need to play "place the towel"). Good choice of lunch at the adjacent snack bar.

My stay at GF Isabel was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The facilities were amazing - accommodating to all. Overall it was a lovely stay and I’d definitely be coming back here again that’s for sure!

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

Absolutely gorgeous, what made this hotel so special was the staff. They were so dedicated and amazing. We will return. The food was incredible, the housekeeping staff were exceptional and the bar/restaurant staff were so professional and fast even though my husband insisted to practice his terrible Spanish with them.

Best hotel we have stayed in on Tenerife. The pool was perfect plenty of lounges, it does not open to 10am so no early towel reserving. Room was perfect we had a kitchenette and the size of the apartment was so relaxing. 100% returning

Second time at GF Isabel and fully enjoyed it again! The buffet breakfast is fantastic, and meets all dietary requirements. The pool is lovely and the sunbeds/umbrellas are plentiful, no need for the early morning towel dash! Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Will be back!

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The place is huge, with lots of rooms and bungalows, and even though it’s a bit older, it truly has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Rooms are very clean. The swimming pool area is massive, with an outdoor bar, a kids’ pool, and plenty of space for children to play both in and out of the water. In the afternoons kids also can play in a lovely playground for the little ones. Breakfast and dinner were honestly the best I’ve ever had in Spain. So much variety and everything was delicious! I especially loved the fresh bread buns – soft inside and perfectly crunchy outside (definitely not hard, as some reviews say). Dinner was full of options: different meats, fish, seafood… everything tasted amazing. Even my partner, who is quite fussy with food, was eating three plates every evening! We also liked that here is the gym, it is not big but it’s good for holidays to do some workouts. The evening shows were a highlight for us. One night there was a circus-style performance, another night acrobatics, and even a magic show. Before the main show, there was a fun mini disco for kids, which they absolutely loved. The drink prices at the bar were also very reasonable. The staff were friendly, fast, and always helpful. We joined our family for five nights, apartment/bungalow spacious and clean Plenty of hot water and staff friendly, pool etc all good. We are older so quite a way uphill from sea as not many restaurants in the area but we managed fine

Excellent for couples and families

5th time we've stayed for a Winter break. Excellent ambience, pool and sunbathing. Choice at the buffet breakfast amazing. Back next year!
