Slechte ervaring

Ik ben niet opgehaald van de airport. Hotel vanaf 2 dagen voor vertrek geprobeerd te bellen, men nam telefoon niet op. In de boekingsgegevens staat het mailadres van het hotel niet. Locatie zoals aangegeven op boekingsgegevens, klopte niet, kon dus het hotel niet vinden midden in de nacht. Taxichauffeur kon ook niets vinden, het blijkt een nieuw hotel te zijn. Moest dus naar ander hotel. Kortom, alles mislukt. Heb restitutie aangevraagd bij Hotels.com.
