The AC was not working, the safe did not work and we called several time to get fixed but nothing was done. There was no where to sit after 10:30 pm because they did not allow anyone outside of the lobby. They were not helpful at all. The only staff that was very helpful was the staff in the kitchen. But other then that I would not return.

This hotel is extremely old and dirty, seems it hasn’t been restored or updated since its opening. The bathroom tub was amazingly rusty, the curtains didn’t work. Hair dryer and iron available only if you sign a document and they telling you that you need to give them back, that’s ridiculous. This is a hotel that I will NEVER come back and that I DO NOT recommend at all.

The property looks old, they painted over the old paint and the paint was cracking. Pool chairs are faded and yellowish. TV's did not work they had to change the TV. My air conditioning did not work and they came to fix it twice but it was still the same.

Furniture is super old and rusted, towels are REALLY OLD smell humid, NO HAND TOWELS OR shampoo or soap. They don’t offer any amenities. Wall lamps rusted and falling apart. Not even one decoration in any wall. Sofa bed old and dirty. Rooms smell humid. Front desk is falling apart old and not welcoming!!! I think this place used to be beautiful but it’s never been updated. The pool is rusted all around. Simply disappointing!!!

Everything about the hotel was okay, servers were great, maintenance service was horrible room did not have a functional AC, the safe didnt lock had to call the front desk several times to get anybody to help and several times I never got help to add also had construction at 7:00am in the morning in one of their High end Suites . We had nothing fixed or no help at all I will not recommend this hotel to nobody at all. The last night the AC was blowing at it fullest I was told by maintenance that that's all the AC would blow he also promised me some fans which he never showed up with at all I slept inside of sauna that's the way the room felt. It was horrible communication and no help at all also the hotel does not have a place where you could hang out after 10:30 they turn everything off and expect you to hang around in the lobby it's supposed to be an all inclusive but it's not at all I truly will not be recommending this hotel at all or even go back no customer service horrible experience

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo, y con toda certeza debo decir que ya no es lo que era, no volveré, me imagino que fue por el huracán el hotel se deterioro y no tienen mantenimiento, la comida ya no es buena y es escasa además de muy poco variada y a excepción de 2 o 3 personas, todos los empleados están enojados
