Lovely hideaway in Caleta. Beautifully renovated design hotel with the 50s vibe. Amazing tropical views. Great pool side restaurant. Convenient connection with Acapulco downtown. We had a great time starting the 2020 here :) The staff helped us to arrange a private driver/tour guide to show around Acapulco. Many thanks for having us and hope to be back :)

Me gustó que tienen muy limpio el establecimiento y la decoración esta padre, pero la calidad de la comida (bastante regular) y la lentitud del servicio dejaron mucho que desear. En particular, la gerencia no fue nada amable y cuando yo me estuve quedando hubo un incidente donde se perdió el perro de un huésped (porque es un hotel pet friendly) y por lo que me tocó presenciar, no le fueron de ayuda para encontrar al perro cuando fue un error del hotel que el perro se escapara (los otros huéspedes fuimos los que ayudamos a encontrarlo). Está caro para el nivel de servicio que ofrece. No me volvería a quedar

Me encanto la parte privada de la playa y las tinnas de agua que se encuenttan arriba con vista al mar. No me guayo que la tina de hydromasajes tenia el agua sucia ..por lo tanto no se pudo.ocupar Recomendaria que cuando llegue un huesped le den un pequeño recorrido de unos minutos para señarle las instalaciones y beneficios del hotel.

Old and extremely shabby !

This hotel is old, very old and in very poor condition. First thing you notice is the area, it maybe the worst area in Acapulco and felt very dangerous. The lobby has a low ceiling and is dark so not very welcoming. The elevator is extremely slow and there's only 3 floors. The room is small with a TV not much bigger than my laptop. The is 1 drawer for all you clothes and absolutely no shelf our counter for your wash kit. The bathroom (including the shower) is inside the bedroom (no walls, only for the tiny toilet). There is no glass in the windows just screens and shutters so the air conditioning is ineffective, the lowest we got the room was 27c. The swimming pool is small so heats up fast and is not refreshing the whole area around the pool is shabby and in desperate need of renovation. It looks like the only thing done was to put a fresh coat of paint right on top of the old paint without any preparation at all. I booked here because it's a Habita group hotel, I have stayed in many and enjoyed them all, this is an embarrassment I simply do not understand why Habita would allow their name on this hotel. If there was a bright spot, it was the people, like the other Habita hotels the staff were friendly and very helpful, but even that cannot overcome this dreadful property.

Las instalaciones del hotel podrían estar mejor, en mi caso la habitación tenia varios desperfectos, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba. Entiendo que la idea del hotel es que siga pareciendo el clásico hotel de los 50's pero creo que podrían modernizar algunas cosas sin que pierda su esencia. La limpieza del hotel deja mucho que desear, sobre todo en los baños de áreas comunes. El servicio en general es bastante bueno y amable. La comida en su restaurante es bastante buena.

Me encantó el servicio, las hospitalidad y la amabilidad del personal de todo el hotel. La alberca, el muelle y la comida del restaurante están fabulosas. Lo que no me gustó fue que las instalaciones están un poco viejas y no le dan el cuidado necesario para que luzca mejor. Además, la entrada al hotel (pluma de acceso) huele mal y está sucia, aunque entiendo que eso tiene que ver con la zona y la proximidad de los locatarios de la playa.

Las amenidades del hotel están excelentes y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El único inconveniente que encuentro es que no tiene playa directa, pero ésta queda justo a un lado, así que es rápido llegar.

Lo que me gusto fueron sus instalaciones, las habitaciones muy cómodas, el personal muy atento, la gerente del hotel siempre esta muy atenta con los huéspedes, por que te sentias como en casa. Lo que no me gusto, quizá por la temporada es que no cuentan con camastros a adicionales, ya que tenias que esperar para poder estar en el área de la alberca. Recomendación, el restauran bueno, pero para una estancia de más de días, quizá el tener sugerencias del día o recomendaciones del chef o menú de temporada adicional a la carta, no estaría mal. Pero en general mi estancia fue exelente.
