"Check in and check out was super. The breakfast was good. The room/suite was large and nice. It had a full sized fridge, dishes, kitchen sink and counter. Numerous seating areas. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the upholstery on the chair and sofa in the room was very dirty and should be either thoroughly cleaned or replaced."

"The hotel rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was plenty big but very worn out, dark and dated. All furniture is chipped and banged up, the bathroom is huge and the oversized shower is cold and dingy looking. All the lamps in the room looked like they were purchased from a yard sale in 1990. We stayed 6 years ago and nothing has changed. We were attending an event at the casino and the hotel room rates were high. Our room was 340$ and was hugely overpriced for that quality of what we got. (a studio king room). We did enjoy the event and the time in the casino. The room was a let down."

"Usually I don’t take the time to write reviews, but this needs to be said. I stayed in a room with two queen beds, and one of them — the bed I initially planned to sleep in — had dirty bed sheets/stain on the bed sheet. Thankfully, I checked before getting into bed and ended up sleeping in the other one. I informed the gentleman at the front desk the following morning. For a traveler, this is truly a nightmare and very disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly."

"Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside was the bed was extremely squeaky and falling apart and I could not get the Jacuzzi tub to work."
