Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly.
Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge or dish soap. There were no frying pans available. The bed linen was made of synthetic material. The internet connection was unstable.
I also observed cockroaches inside the cupboard near the washing machine as well as in the bedroom wardrobe.
Overall, these conditions are very far from the concept of a luxury apartment and do not meet standard expectations for this type of listing.
