"Highly professional and service minded personnel. Facility is very beautiful and rooms are in good condition. Food is made on local resources and very interesting. Breakfast amazing. Our only serious complaint was the temperature in the rooms. There is no AC so we unfortunately barely slept at all. This would only be a problem in the summer though. "

"Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service at STF Abisko! My wife and I checked in on June 17th around 5:00 PM, and we were blown away by the exceptional service. The receptionist on duty was incredibly warm, welcoming, and provided us with a very detailed and helpful introduction to the hotel and the surrounding national park. Even more impressively, after completing our check-in, I accidentally left my mobile phone at the front desk. The receptionist was so attentive that they noticed it immediately and personally brought it over to return it to me. This level of care and thoughtfulness truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location and its top-notch, heartwarming staff!"
