"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"This got to be the cleanest capsule I have stayed. Everything is new, clean and tidy. The area is away from Tokyo hot spots, so the area is quiet and comfortable. "

"This is the nicest one star hotel I’ve ever been in. I stayed in 3 star hotels that were not as nice. Great area but a little far from a train station. Very comfortable beds. And well priced "

"I traveled with my family. We made a reservation for a semi-double room with an extra bed. I surprised that beds were not that size as information in Expedia site. Beds were absolutely the same size.
Positive points:high floor, enough space for 2 adults and 1 child, a quiet room, and a delicious breakfast, free shuttle bus bound for Narita aeroport.
Negative points:extra towels for a child required an additional fee. There were no bottles of water or tea provided, only coffee packs. The air conditioner was difficult to adjust (it was either too hot or too cold).
Shuttle bus doesn't stop Terminal 3 even it is close to Terminal 2(~15 minutes by walk). I saw thst other buses stoped near T3.
I chose this hotel because of the onsen however, we had to pay for it and did not receive towels. After using the onsen, my child and I took a shower and asked a ther guest women where we could get towels. She told us that we needed to bring them from our room. I was disappointed because nobody informed us about this in advance.
Even if there was a language barrier, I can speak Japanese as I have been living in Japan for many years.
Additionally I worked in 2 local hotels, so I knew hapanese service rules.
As result, next time I will definitely choose a different hotel."
"If you’re going to stay here get the breakfast buffet. Will be worth your while. staff were helpful. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Would stay here again in a heart beat. "
"Check In was easy and check out was even easier. Very clean property, all the staff are excellent and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was good with tons of variety. A Lawson being connected to it is a super perk. There's no need to leave the property really. The shuttle ride from the airport and back to the airport is very smooth and nice. "
"We really enjoy the stay with Tobu Levant Hotel.
Friendly staff, great breakfast with many choices, easy to access to all the shopping and attractions through near by stations. Lots of restaurants and convenient store."
