Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
This property is in a desperate need of a renovation. The carpeting throughout the building is worn beyond saving, heavily soiled, and looks like 50 years old. The bedding is ok but wonder about it and possible cleaniness in light of the lack of care of the carpeting. The outside entrance of the building is disgusting, bird poo on the overhead entrance, broken tiles, not a very nice approach. Windows needed cleaning and window landing had debris on it. The staff was mixed, some very good, others not really friendly or helping, as if I was interrupting their day. A good interior design plan needed for this hotel, plain white walls, boring!

Bra hotell med fantastisk service

Familierommet var stort, med 1 stk dobbeltseng og 2 enkle senger (De enkle sengene passer best til barn, da madrassen var litt hard). Det ligger MIDT i smørøyet i Aberdeen. Og folkene som jobber der var veldig trivelige, og ga ypperlig service. Frokosten var også veldig god.
