Spend the extra. This cheap room no bargain.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. EVERYTHING else was horrible. Room dirty, previous guests old food still in refrigerator, no breakfast elven though it was advertised. Parties around me all night. Bed lumpy with cigarette burns in the covers. Room stunk.

Actual Worst

Actual worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty towels, live cockroaches, and cigarette burns on both comforters - in a non-smoking room. Shower dirty and clogged, everything was dirty. No phone in room.

Our booking was canceled and we were not notified in advance. We were 4 hours away from home, small town, middle of the night and no other hotels were available. I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. Very unhappy

I went there but I didn't stay because it was too dirty. Then, I talked with the person at the front and he said he will give us our money back but now I contacted them for almost a month but the person at the front said you have to call in the morning to speak with the owner. I contacted them every day but the person didn't let me talk with the owner, and later he didn't answer my call. He picked up the phone and let me hold it for so long and then just cut my call. They didn't give the money back, super bad hotel and the staff.

Horrible condition

The front desk clerk was delightful. The room was as clean as it could have been. Otherwise the hotel is in miserable condition and is very seedy. It is as run down as you can get. I would recommend it to no one.

This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. There was mold on the walls water damage cigarette burns everywhere. The smell was disgusting. The tile floor was broken in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty. we didn't have any other options to find a different hotel at 11 at night 7 hours from home. I have since filed 2 complaints since we have been home. One for the room conditions and one because we were charged from you guys and then the hotel charged us 60. Both charges are posted on our account. When I called the hotel the guy at the desk yelled at me and told me he had nothing to do with what Expedia charged me and would not refund me for charging me after we already paid through Expedia. I have now spent hours on the phone and waiting a response on my complaints.

Don't let the pictures fool you.

The pictures looked great, I pulled into the parking lot and it did NOT look like the pictures. I did not feel stay staying there with my 4 yo son. I ended up going down the road to a different hotel. I had a friend that was in town as well for the same event and gave him the hotel room since it was non refundable. I had receipts from hotels.com and paypal showing that it was paid. They tried to make my friend pay for the room, after showing them the receipts, they said "maybe the payment will come through tonight" seemed a bit suspect. My friend confirmed that I made the right decision by going somewhere else.

DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS SIGHT!

It was very quite, which was great since I just had eye surgery that morning. There was cigarette burns on the bedding and the roaches had a party at night. It was the worse experience I have ever had with Hotels.com. The photos where never taken at this sight.

STAY AWAY!!

Worst experience in a hotel stay. Three reasons 1) first room, the toilet didn’t work! I had to turn on the valve behind the toilet & there was no chain from handle to plunger. 2) replacement room was smoking room & 3) someone with either dupe key or pass key attempted to enter room at 12:30am! I left immediately! Request total refund by hotel.com! Website should check out these places before putting them on your site!

I honestly believe its probably a hotel used for mostly local junkies. I have stayed in a lot of hotels across the country that fall into this price range and this one was by far most disgusting I have ever seen. It sad because the outward appearance is cute and quaint and parking right in front of your room is nice. Front desk person was nice and professional.

Dirty and bugs

The service was good, but it was filthy. There was dark smears on the walls, there were bugs on the walls and the floor of the bathroom. There were cracks innthe walls and tiles. There was a terrible build up of dirt and grime on all the wall boards.

had to book this room due to be husband be hospitalized at a local hospital as we were traveling. the room was very dirty. comforter had cigarette burnt marks. room smelled like an ashtray even through it was suppose to be non-smoking. towel was dirty. there’s is no way this facility is following covid prevention protocol let alone basic cleaning. the nurses at the hospital overheard me tell my husband where we booked our room. they told me to run as fast as i could away from here because of drug activities that super8 is known for. this dump should not be an option on your website.
