The room was nice. The second bed (couch/bank) was not really comfortable. Shower was perfect. Balcony was big and nice. Shame that there was no airco. The entrance is great aswell aa the app to open the door. Very silent

Beautifully restored old building, lovely clean modern rooms. Convient location and pet friendly. I liked the online check-in and wi fi enabled keyless rooms.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Italy. The place looks very nice, our room was spacious, the bathroom very large, checkin with the mobile access went smooth. However, we disliked the lack of airconditioning (we slept under the roof and it was really hot upon arrival) and the window blinds letting through a lot of light. And a small detail: don’t put up posh soap bottles ans then fill it with cheap replacement, people notice :)

Overall we loved this place. It was disappointing that our kitchenette did not have a refrigerator and the shower head had problems (we were unable to regulate the temperature). With no on-site staff we were unable to quickly enquire about fixing these problems.

We didn’t receive any instructions for check in and I contacted Expedia for refund but still waiting for a response. My family and I were waiting and calling the hotels customer service number. They did not pick up the phone. We left and paid extra money for a different hotel. I’m waiting for Expedia to take care of my refund.

Building beautiful, service non existent

The electronic check in system is too complicated and takes over half an hour. You then get an electronic key which isn’t very reliable. Another guest simply couldn’t gain access and the telephone support was unhelpful. There was no fridge and the coffee machine had only 1 coffee pod supplied for 2 people! Service was terrible which is a shame as the room and Villa is very well e stored and in beautiful condition.

Sehr angenehmer aifenthalt, Zimmer grösser als erwartet, schöne gemütliche ausstattung.. Leider hatten wir in unserem zimmer nur eine halbe rolle klopapier, bekam dann aber nach der 2ten von 3 nächten 2 weitere rollen.. ansonsten war alles tip top! ****

Schön sauberes, grosses Hotelzimmer.

Positiv: Sehr sauberes, grosses Hotelzimmer. Schönes sauberes Badezimmer. Bequemes Bett. Online Check-in normalerweise einfach, jedoch hat hotels.com die falsche Email-Adresse übermittelt, wodurch wir keine Infos zum self Check in erhalten haben. Per Telefon wurde uns aber schnell geholfen. Negativ: Wackelige Stühle Nicht funktionierende Stehlampe Keine zusätzliche Möglichkeit die Türe von innen abzuschließen, so dass wir immer aufpassen mussten, dass unser fast 2 jähriger Sohn, nicht alleine spazieren geht.

Super schöne Zimmer.

Da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten kam der Code für den Zutritt nicht rechtzeitig. Ein kurzer Anruf und alles hat geklappt. Wer in der Schweiz alledings (weil nicht EU) kein Datenvolumen oder Gebühren fürs telefonieren zahlen muss....achtung ;-) Der Aufenthalt ansich war aber super. Wunderschöne Zimmer fussläufig nette Gegend. Gerne wieder.

Das Self CheckIn System ist etwas verwirrend, hat aber vor Ort per Telefon dann wunderbar geklappt. Wunderschöne und sehr saubere und grosse Zimmer. Keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit im Haus aber tip tope Kaffemaschine im Zimmer!

Mühsames Klopfen und Komplikationen

Es war ziemlich ärgerlich, dass bei uns jeden Morgen geklopft wurde von der Putzkraft, da ihr System anzeigte, dass wir aus dem Zimmer auschecken sollten. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und in beiden Fällen wollte man uns aus frühzeitig aus dem Hotelzimmer fordern. Für diesen Preis ist es mühsam, dass jeden Morgen geklopft wird und man zur Rechtfertigung die Buchungsbestätigung zeigen muss.

Schön renovierte Villa, umfunktioniert als Hotel. Das kontaktlose Check-In hat nicht sofort funktioniert, wurde aber durch gute telefonische Kundenbetreuung schnell gelöst. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, nur die Dusche ist etwas ungewöhnlich positioniert.
