"Polite and friendly staffs Needed suggestion for good peranankan restaurant and place to shop- gave good recomm and directions "

"Was able to check in earlier at 2pm and check out late at 1pm. Hotel offered to upgrade 1 of our 2 rooms to premier suite but we rather stay put as interconnecting rooms. Rooms are slightly musty so we left the doors open for awhile everyday as windows cannot be opened. Parking with multiple entries at RM5 every 24hr. Need to validate touch & go card for each exit. "

"The room is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast has the right amount of food. My shower door was leaking as I was not able to close the door properly."

"Parking was free. Room didn't have slippers or bath robes. Would have liked them in the room. I only saw someone with the bath robe the day before i checked out so they must have missed my room out. Otherwise, the stay was great!"

"Everything was great except that I had to go the the reception 4 times during the stay as key card wasn’t working. Very frustrating in inconvenient "

"The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters"
