"The resort is nice, but it's pretty far from town. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, but the check-in staff are not very courteous. They didn't offer us any drinks when we arrived. They aren't very accommodating. I don't feel like I was taken care of like at other 5-star resorts I've stayed at in the past."

"Honestly, it’s okay. It doesn’t give you that Fiji postcard experience. The property itself is gorgeous (but remember, it’s also Fiji so a gas station can also be gorgeous). We were super disappointed in the food / restaurant experience from every restaurant and meal. Extremely slow service (45 minutes to get complimentary bread), subpar food at very normal prices, and for being such a well known brand they could step up the overall cleanliness and experience of each restaurant. We truly left very ready and eager to leave which is disappointing (no one wants to feel that way on holiday). It has the bones to be better but not the execution. "

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Pacific Hotel for four nights, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff created such a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast buffet each morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including generous vegetarian choices and freshly prepared vegetable juices. It was the perfect way to start each day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The housekeeping and service attendants were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was just right. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown to us throughout our time at the hotel."
