"The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and the food was good. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job. However, there was a slight issue at reception, where some staff came across as a bit snobby and did not greet guests with a smile. Overall? It’s a great hotel."

"This was a perfect getaway with my family.
Very friendly and kind staff. My daughter was really happy with sumana and Sapna. They went out their way to accommodate us in connecting room also surprising my daughter with cake and gifts.
