"I would say it is a very family-friendly hotel. The animation team was excellent and did a great job entertaining the children. The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. Only this aspect did not meet our expectations."

No matter what temperature you put it would just not cold off the room. Old smelly carpets. The bathroom had mold and even the mirror was deteriorated. If...
