"Booked a single bed, given a twin instead. Asked for a changed and even were asked to contact expedia, but didn’t give any compensation anyway. Towels have black spots, window seal were broken, bathroom smelt like smoking, complicated maze to go to room & reception."

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time.
Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."
