"Poor customer service, had fake picture of a pool that was not at their hotel, in fact its at another hotel thats miles away and you have to pay to use it. after I raised the issue they removed the photos, and promised return the booking cost. "The experience in Romantic Moment Rum is inexplicable as it seems like you're in another planet. As for the camp, Atef, the owner was incredibly accommodating and so easy to deal with. The food at the camp's kitchen could be better; it's mediocre, to say the least because Jordanian foods are generally savory. Lastly, (I hope they change this...) you'll have to pay extra for a bottle of water or a cup of coffee or juice on top of the 15 JD mediocre dinner. However, if you can look past the food issue, overall, it is an incredible camp - beautiful bubble tents, incredible location, and a very accommodating host. "
