"The hotel was great and the staff was awesome. From early checkin to allowing us to store our luggage for late departure. Coffee/tea in the morning was great. The location was awesome and walkable to the bean and other attractions."

I was only in Chicago for a day and it was my first time ever visiting, and I had to cancel my museum tour due to the extra time I had to spend walking and riding the train. Instead I slept in a room with a view of a brick wall, literally"

The property is clean and well maintained, so it feels luxurious, and it’s right downtown in the loop so you have easy access to anything you may want to experience in Chicago.
