If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. I have to consume almost close to US40 of my own data plan to communicate although I am on leisure trip to Tianjin. "

They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. "This is the first time I ever encounter room with blocked pipe. My shower is flooded. To give hotel credit, they switch room for me immediately. However, one of the toilet pipe in the new room is blocked as well. Certainly room for improvement."
