"Room was fantastic - clean, quiet, the shower had wonderful water pressure. Only issue was that the room felt somewhat stuffy no matter how long I turned the thermostat. Not enough to cause issues. The property itself is gorgeous with so much history and the staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance in the safe neighborhood surrounding the hotel. I will absolutely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Chicago."

"Yes. Just not what i expected a bit small for a panoramic room. However. Pillows bed super comfortable. Ice machine didnt work. Room service was good in the a.m. for breakfast. "
