"We lost our key card and they charged us 10 euros also they don’t clean your room every day they said they don’t come around each day and I had to ask for it to be cleaned no basic amenities in the hotel no iron had to pay for ironing pool
Was also very cold when we asked for it to be warm the next day they said it is and it will be however it wasn’t "

"Such a beautiful and well maintained hotel close to all key areas in the town of Medjugorje. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone needing a hotel in Medjugorje!"
