"I was only staying for one evening in the San Luis Obispo area and was very glad I stumbled on this property in my search. It's a small boutique property but the rooms are wonderful. I even had a fireplace in the room and used it on a chilly wet night. The bedding was better than home and was super comfortable with a variety of pillows for every taste. "Things they don't tell you. - Only one $$$ restaurant and a $$ sports bar that did have a wide assortment of food but no kid friendly options. - Gym is on the 4th floor. (21years and over) was convinced for most of our trip that they did not have one. However, even if I was aware of it, my 17 year old would not have been allowed in. - And finally, the pool is only 21 and over. My kid was extremely upset that they were not allowed at the pool. Something they had been specifically looking forward to all week. So overall the hotel may allow kids to sleep there, but it is not kid friendly as advertised. My kids are 17 and 10 just for reference."
