"I loved everything about this hotel. It was a stay for my birthday. It was conveniently located a beautiful hotel, but upon checkout, the staff member I spoke with overcharged me for several things. I was also charged for things I did not have on my ticket and the addition to $100 smoking fee, which I don’t smoke. I work in oncology and I would never smoked a day in my life. They finally took the charge off, but they refused to take the other charge off so I said that I would dispute the charge,...

"Perfect location. Rooms are small, but a great deal of charm in this older hotel."

"First of all, the amenities were above and beyond what we expected, having breakfast brought to our room each day, having wine and cheese in the afternoon before dinner and then milk and cookies at night. Coffee and tea, plus water, iced tea, lemonade and candy available 24 hrs per day was fantastic. at The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was very nice. Even had an outdoor terrace. Would definitely recommend this place for any vacationers!!!"

"The rooms were nice. The front desk staff was unfriendly. The Fish House was good (friendly staff) You need Golf Channel available. You don’t. No soft drink vending machines or snacks available. Need more waitresses for the pool area (only one)"

"Electrical/wifi needs updating. There was no place To charge devices unless you brought your own charging cube no late checkout available for late flight. No assistance available to and from airport. Overall, overprice for what you get"
