I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room with only one bed. "Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room....

"Yes it was a very great stay loved it. We rented a side x side and kept it outside. I loved thatjust to be able to do whatever. The resort is huge but it isnt a bad walk anywhere its is layed out very well. Overall the best spring break we have had."

"One of the few resorts that has enough loungers by the pool and on the beach. I also appreciated the shades that could easily be pulled over so she was in the sun and I was in the shade. The resort was clean. Always someone picking up or wiping or mopping the common areas and pool area."
