We had more than 30 degrees in the night which made it impossible to sleep for the whole family for three nights. They moved us to another room which didn’t work either, the same happened to other guests, and it was a known issue for the staff. Again: the staff was very friendly, did everything they could, but apparently the owner isn’t...

That didn’t stop them from processing my payment. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Zero stars to this hotel and the service I have received from Hotels.com. "La struttura in se è molto bella, anche se avrebbe bisogno di qualche attenzione in più. All'arrivo ci si trova in un grande parcheggio abbastanza spoglio. La fontana centrale non è funzionante. La hall e la sala pranzo si presentano bene. La camera (Suite Junior) è situata al secondo piano, mediamente grande e abbastanza pulita ma manca certamente la zanzariera all'unica finestra in quanto essendo in campagna gli insetti non mancano.
