"The garden and the architecture is a highlight - really offers a sene of serenity. However the management is a bit chaotic: first, in two consecutive days I was supplied with dirty towels - this problem was solved after I made a complaint to the front desk. Second, the internet was unstable and unreliable. One day the internet is down, when I reported this issue, the staff at the front desk told me an IT personnel would sent to me. After about 20 mins when I called the front desk when would expect the IT personnel, the receptionist, he couldn’t help me and Abruptly ended the call without providing any useful information. Then I went to the front desk again queried about the incidents then I found some people lied to me to suit their convenience (for example two different people came to me claiming they are the hotel manager in two different occasions when I visited the front desk, specifically requesting to see the hotel manager). I wrote an Email to the front desk manager, and I never got a reply."

"My husband and I loved our stay at Astari. After we booked, they offered a car pick up from the airport which we ended up not using (Btw, communication in Expedia is not great, due to cell reception. If you have a question, message them on WhatsApp.) We got to the hotel late and Wahyu was there to check us in. He gave us a delicious cold drink and showed us to our room. The room was very tidy and clean, but I think the shower floor could have been a little bit cleaner, but water pressure and temperature were fantastic! The bed was firm and comfortable, duvet was cloudy. SmartTV in the room so we could watch Netflix or Youtube. The staff connected us to a motorbike company that dropped it off to the hotel. No issues with the bike which was great. Wifi was spotty but not enough to cause frustration. Anytime we got kicked off we just had to click on it again to reconnect. AC worked perfectly. Pool was very clean and refreshing and the outdoor shower was very nice after a day at the beach. After we had checked out, they even let us leave our luggage there for an hour while we got lunch, which was really helpful for us in that moment. I would absolutely recommend staying here! "I had a wonderful stay at Infinity8 Bali and would highly recommend it. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, with all staff being attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again. 🌴✨ "

"The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach on a cliff. The food was very good although a bit expensive. The “cabins” are just that. You can see through the wooden floors and there are gaps everywhere in the room. They don’t have the darkened curtains and the bathroom has bugs running around everywhere. They are likely ants but they are on the counters and literally all over. The air conditioning barely worked and I had to sleep on the covers which led to numerous bites all over. I didn’t sleep at all between scratching and spraying bug spray while being extremely hot and sticky. The hotel told us that the air conditioning was fine-end of story. They didn’t seem empathetic that this was our last 3 nights in Bali before a long trip home to Canada . We had no idea that these cabins weren’t insulated or sealed and that we would have little to no air conditioning. The management has not as much as apologized or given us a refund and we are out 2 nights of hotel costs. In fact, no one seems to be able to reach management. We are not fussy people and are truly disappointed and angry at tgis experience. Not worth the money."
