"Location, staff service was excellent. Great views, easy access to attractions and underground. However our let down was how warm the rooms are, ours was 26° when we arrived and could not cool the room down with the air con unit. Reported to reception and they did give us a portable cooling system..again did not work fully! It was our only disappointment! "

"Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold. "

"Excellent location to the tube and bus station for both of my tours. Breakfast had a lot varieties and delicious. My 19 year old son was denied check in as my flight was delayed until the next day, even though his name was listed as a secondary guest and room was paid in full. I had to change my booking to reflect the reservation to have his name as primary. This should not be necessary, but he was allowed to have a room afterwards. It was tiring for him to arrive after flying in from the U.S. and stressed that he didn’t have a room. Staff should have looked at reservations carefully first time to see all the names of guests. Besides initial frustration, room was adequate and completely renovated. Recommend to stay here again in London."
