"The best thing about the hotel was the staff; they were very helpful and kind. They responded immediately to every request I had. However, there were a few issues. The safe box was not working from the first day; they replaced it, but the new one was placed on top of the old one. The electricity kept ticking every five minutes; they said it was due to an overload. There was also no hot water in the room throughout my stay."

"Photos of the basic unit is for a different property across street that hotel claims to not know why it's posted. I couldn't receive refund so had to stay in their provided unit that is 1/3 of the size of one I booked. Room had some appliances that didn't work well and no TV remote."

" Apartment was clean and very nice, with pool and gym. It also does have elevators so if the site says it does not that is not correct. Its a 20 min walk to about everything you would want to do in District 1 or less. "
