"Wonderful Place to stay in Kihei. Communicative host. Everything you need for your stay. Great staff and parking. Very clean. Right on the beach, which is fantastic!! As for the Air conditioner; it is not an A/C, its more of an air handler, it does not blow cold air. A bit of a disappointment but everything else made up for that. I would recommend staying here for sure. 4 out of 5 starts jus due to the lack of A/C"

"Stayed in a similar property before, Villas are located right on Wailea beach, behind the villas are the Shops @ Wailea that has restaurants, groceries, and many higher end shops. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. It's a great value for a family, We plan on returning again."

"It is a nice 1 bedroom suite with sleeping for 5 including a sofa bed. They have all the amenities available including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas. Also the kitchen is full stocked with pots and table ware along with coffee and other condiments. The AC was great, and so was the internet and cable ready. "I enjoyed the property and I would stay again, but I think it's important to note that if you check-in on the weekends, there's nobody to assist you. So we arrived at 10 AM on a Sunday and our check-in wasn't until 4, but we figured we could at least go to the facility and see if the room was available for an early check. And unfortunately, there is nobody to talk to when you book through Maui banion, so I kept calling. And calling, but their clothes on the weekend. So there is nobody to speak...

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. "Property is a great place very modern inside on second floor host are very communicative. If you have an issue we had an earthquake while we were there and the hot water heater got tripped. They came and fixed it overall to great place close to everything."
