"Our host Nagwa was the absolute best. The mosquitoes were horrible. The neighbors were loud everyday, all day and night. The delivery people and the people who worked at the apartment expect to be tipped just for doing their job. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. If we needed extra household supplies she would send them over. When we needed to order food she allowed us to us her account because apparently you need an Egyptian telephone number to be able to order anything....

"We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...

"We never received check in instructions prior to trip. Family of 4 with suitcases could not reach owner. Had to find a different place to sleep. Owner was reached next day and we got our second night. Owner promised to refund 1st night. Did not. And lied to hotels.com about it. The one night we stayed, sofa bed uncomfortable, no bedsheets or pillows. Dirty laundry left on washing machine. No shower curtain."
