"The hotel was awful. 1. Lobby was dark and dusty. 2. Room was musty 3. Floor laminate was peeling, Woodwork was rotting. 4. Bathroom fixtures were broken - water would pool all over the bathroom floor if we used the washbasin. Some lights didn't work. 5. Window panes were speckled with dirt/paint. Staff, management and the restaurant staff was courteous and attentive but seemed helpless, perhaps in a situation created above their pay-grade. They tried to fix the situation best they could. Worst of all, this booking platform had a 100% markup on the room. Feel duped, for paying INR 7500+ for staying at this health and safety hazard."
