"Room was clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment. The shower ran cold intermittently. The gym was a bit messy and could have done with some water being available. Food was fine and staff were friendly. "

Only con was they only offer indian food for dinner, so my mom was not able to eat anything and she does not like it, would be nice to have a more versatile selection of different cuisines."

"The staff were very accommodating even when we were early, they managed to sort out a spotless room with 3 double beds, and was lovely and spacious. The downside is the expensive parking £24 for 2 days. Not sure why it's not free. It's on a retail park."

Lakes restsurant had limited choice for vegetarian and no chicken or lamb dishes. Nothing nearby and the closest place to dine is Faversham. "
