room was okay, no TV, no AC.
service was slow
The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area.
The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff. "

"I had an amazing stay at the ZACS Valley Resort! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was cozy and clean with stunning views and an amazing location. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommend!"
