Also really appreciated their attentiveness to allergens and providing safe dishes for my son. The chef came out everyday to discuss options with my son. The area around the hotel was very busy, but we always felt safe on thr property."

"The hotel has a great view of Taal volcano and convenient to restaurants and easy to get around as it’s off the main highway. The rooms seems very thin as we heard the party that was going on in one of their ballroom and it was loud and we couldn’t sleep. The rooms were also outdated and can use an update but overall we would stay again for the amazing view of Taal volcano."

"Terrible cockroach in the bathroom and beside the bed. Torn pillow case and bed sheet and noisy as this is beside the street. Don’t be fooled with the pictures … reality hotel is rundown you will be ashamed to bring your family and friends. Nothing is great only the view. "
