Small maintenance issues not attended to and now bigger issues, rotting timber in wet areas. The Pathways very uneven , not safe for older patrons- sever falls risk. The pool was cloudy, and also showed the same lack of maintenance. Surrounding furniture old and shabby. Sun lounge cushions left out in the weather had black mould discussing. Cockroaches had infiltrated the communal book shelf on the main restaurant area, poop all over the shelving and the books falling apart at the spines from roach infiltration. I could go on and on….. Was not relaxing and did not reflect internet photos. Clearly we did not persevere "
