I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this.

"Very comfortable and clean! The staff was accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful! Great location! Close to the Medina but far enough away from all the crowds! Highly recommend! "
