"The hotel has tremendous opportunity however the hotel felt a bit rundown and the experience wasn’t to its full potential. The property is very well situated, great rooftop pool, large rooms with balconies but once again everything was a bit lacking in polish. The toilets didn’t have seats, the hot water was lukewarm at best, the room had a bit of a sewage smell. I am of the opinion that this hotel could be a real 5 star with a bit of investment and a stronger service culture that could elevate...

"The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt ."
