"Staff at the Hotel Madeira, where you have to check in or book any excursions, were exceptionally helpful. The Madeira Gems apartment I stayed in was excellent - very clean and had everything you need. It is across from a lovely park which had some music playing while I was there. The windows were very soundproof so it was not a disturbance at all. The location is also great. The construction going on next door wasn’t a bother at all. I would definitely stay there again."

"This apartment is worth every penny! The staff were so welcoming and helped when we couldn't figure out how to drive to the apartment. We were welcomed when we arrived and they were so nice. The location is ideal. You can walk to many restaurants nearby and it's right in the center of a pedestrain area. The apartment was clean and adorable. Staff were always available if you had any questions and were so helpful. Would 10/10 stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!"

"When i arrived, cleaning wasn't done. Staff explained that the cleaning service didn't advise them and had issue with number of check in this day. I came back 1h30 after and it was done.
