"When Miguel arrived at Hotel Santiago today they told him what expedia is been doing. He was unable to check in in the reservation that i did online. I will request my money back and report it to a authorities. Miguel was able to pay out of pocket to stay one night in praia. "

"It’s a modest hotel easy access to the beaches and restaurants as well as Praia shopping. However no lifts, Wi-Fi connection is poor and bathroom ventilation is noisy. The gym is next to the hotel but can be noisy in the morning. The swimming pool is out of service at the moment due to refurbishment. "

"On arrivant le local etait fermé, on est arrive avec 3 enfants et il y avait personne .. l’hotel etait fermée .. on a du appeller un taxi et aller chercher un endroit pour dormir ! horrible !!!!"
