We used the spa amenities as well and we had the entire area to ourselves! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. "This was a nice place to stay in Florence. Very walkable to all iconic attractions. Clean room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We wished the AC was working. Apparently they do not start using air conditioning until May. We did get too warm in our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Would recommend. "
